I loved my stay at Arbor Trace! The scenery is beautiful, there are good walking trails, the movie theater, restaurants and grocery stores are nearby. The leasing staff and maintenance team are so friendly and welcoming. Hannah is so kind and relatable. I also love that they hold community events and have treats and coffee in the office for residents. The mailbox station is a perk so that all shipping companies and deliver to you. (At my last complex, some companies wouldn't deliver) Such a good area and relaxing environment. I would definitely stay here again if I moved back to the area.

The cleanliness of the complex and great amenities aside, the leasing office and maintenance staff are SO friendly, helpful and professional any time I’ve needed help with something.

A/C went down, next day gave the office a call in the morning, had an entirely new unit before 2pm. The maintenance crew here are stand up guys and absolute professionals and I can not understate how much of a difference that makes. Extremely knowledgeable of their craft, kind, courteous, and flexible. They are a very large reason for why I feel like this is the best apartment complex I have lived in.

Arbor Trace was a great place to live! Very clean, affordable, friendly, and great amenities. I lived there for over 2 years, so enjoyed the space, and met some of my closest friends because of complex-wide pool parties :) I would definitely recommend these apartments.

In my year as a tenant at Arbor Trace, the management and maintenance team have proven that they care about their residents. In the most recent case, my maintenance request was made at 11pm on Monday night, and resolved by the time I returned home from work the following day. I applaud the staff here at Arbor Trace.

It was Friday night, 7/14/23. The heat index was 90 degrees. I realized it was getting hot in the apartment. Thermostat was set on 73 but room temperature was 78! Called Arbor Trace emergency maintenance #. Left voicemail. In a few minutes on-call man, Rick( I think, sorry), called. He was here in no time & got that A/C working! Professional & Nice! I am so thankful.
